Brrrfect

Why do you always do this, March?
Here I am, blissfully settling into less layers and a little more comfort outside all night. But this little night of -36° was probably all my fault. The night before I wore just a padded vest over a thicker base layer, vs. my winter usual of a base layer, a synthetic padded jacket, and a down jacket all under my parka. How daring.
But as always, if temperatures near -40° continue to yield skies as clear as tonight, then I’m all for it for another 7 weeks.
