here's a convenient one for you: now that i'm living on my own in my beautiful apartment, i'm also doing my own grocery shopping. and it's a good ten minute bus ride from my place, which isn't so bad at all. unless i lived in yellowknife, and it was -39 degrees celsius.
but i don't live in yellowknife, and rarely do winter temperatures drop below zero here, so even if i had to wait a few extra minutes for the bus, it's really not the end of the world. and because i've made peace with whether i'd have to wait or not, i never had. it's been two months in my new place, a grocery trip once a weekend, and i've never waited more than five minutes for the bus going to or from superstore. 'good luck' sixteen times in a row, if you like ;) now THAT is attracting what you want.
